Abstract

|
Here we report the draft genome sequence of the bacterial strain HT1-32, isolated from coastal seawater of South Sea, Korea.
As a result, the draft genome was comprised of a total length of approximately 4.42 Mbp with G + C content of 57.5%, and included a total of 4,042 protein-coding genes, 5 rRNA genes, 47 tRNA genes, 4 non-coding RNA genes, and 34 pseudo genes. Based on analysis of genome sequence and comparison of 16S rRNA gene sequence, strain HT1-32 is assumed to contribute nitrogen and sulfur cycling in seawater and to be a novel strain belonged to the family Rhodospirillaceae.
